3-Minute Standing Yoga Flow

In three short minutes you will receive the benefits of deep yoga-breathing to calm your nervous system. You will strengthen your core and thigh muscles with the Chair Pose. Finally, you will lengthen and energize your whole body with a Swan-dive flow into a Standing Forward Fold Pose.

Be sure to check with your doctor before you begin any yoga practice! If you are new to yoga, start with only one entry into each pose, and gradually work your way up to the three repetitions of the poses presented in this video.
